The next international conference of the International society for hymnology (IAH) will take place from Monday, 29 July to Friday, 2 August 2024 in Prag (Czech Republic). The excursions will take place on the following weekend (3/4 August).
The conference theme is: “Faith in Song – More than 500 years of Hymns in print and practice. The Czech Hymnal 1501 and its descendants.” In addition to the academic part, the conference programme includes morning prayers and services in the churches of Prague, led by members of various denominations, a hymn festival and other events. Two full-day excursions will take place during the following weekend.
